Cancel, pause or downgrade
How to cancel a paid plan in Settings, what you keep until the period ends, and the pause and Free options.
Frame is in private beta and paid plans aren’t open yet, so nothing is charged today. This is how cancelling works once they open.
Cancel
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel plan.
- Optionally pick a reason under “Mind telling me why?”.
- Choose Cancel plan again to confirm.
You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for. After that you move to Frame (free), and your data follows your retention settings.
Other options
- Pause for 3 months: no charges, and monitoring keeps running at Free limits.
- Switch to Frame (free): keep breach alerts for 1 email and unlimited leak tests.
Teams and households
A Frame Business team is cancelled from the Team page by its owner or whoever pays. Household members are covered by the owner’s plan, so only the owner can cancel it.
