01Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Tell us at security@frameprivacy.com if you think your account has been compromised.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or 16–17 as a consenting member of a Frame Household plan with a parent or guardian’s permission.

03Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: Frame is for protecting your own privacy, not investigating other people.

04Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in CAD or USD. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

05Removal requests

When you approve a removal, you authorise Frame to contact the data broker on your behalf. Brokers control their own systems, so we can’t guarantee outcomes or timelines.

06Frame (the agent)

Frame’s answers are generated with AI and can be wrong. Check important findings before acting on them. Frame never takes actions on your accounts without your explicit approval.

07Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Frame’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.

09Versions and contact

We version these terms. You’ll be asked to review material changes before they apply to you. Questions about these terms: legal@frameprivacy.com.
