Delete your account
Schedule deletion with a 7-day grace period or delete everything now, what stops, and how to change your mind.
Before you start
Export a copy first if you want one: Settings → Privacy and data → Export my data → Request export. The download link lasts 24 hours.
Schedule deletion (recommended)
- In Settings → Privacy and data, choose Delete account.
- Choose Schedule deletion.
- Your account locks now and is deleted in 7 days. Scans and alerts pause and your data is hidden.
To change your mind, sign in before the date shown and choose Restore account. Nothing is lost. No reminder email is sent, so note the date.
Delete now
- In the same dialog, choose Delete now instead.
- Type DELETE in the box.
- Choose Delete permanently. You’re signed out and everything is erased. It can’t be recovered.
What stops
- Monitoring, alerts and broker tracking stop.
- Any paid plan is cancelled with no further charges.
- Deleted data is purged from backups within 35 days.
