Invoices, taxes and your card
Where to find invoices, how prices and taxes work in Canadian dollars, and what to do when a payment fails.
Prices
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus applicable taxes. Current prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans aren’t open yet.
Invoices
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Under Invoices, choose Download invoice next to the date you need. Each one is a PDF.
Invoices appear after your first payment. Until then you’ll see “No invoices yet”.
Billing address and tax ID
Add a billing address and, if you have one, a GST/HST or VAT number. They’re kept with your card in Stripe, so they show on your invoices.
Your card
Your card is kept by Stripe, not by Frame. Frame never sees the full card number. Choose Update card to change it.
If a payment fails
Billing shows “Payment failed”. Choose Update card. Your plan stays active until the payment provider changes it.
