Billing and plans
Free, Frame Plus and Frame Household, and what to expect while paid plans open.
The plans
- Free: breach details for 1 verified email, 15 agent messages a month, guided opt-outs for the top 25 brokers, unlimited leak tests, and an exposure report at sign-up and every quarter.
- Frame Plus: 5 emails, 3 usernames and 2 phone numbers, 300 agent messages a month (up to 15 of them Thorough answers), guides for every broker in the catalog with tracking and re-checks, monthly reports with PDF, and leak-test history.
- Frame Household: everything in Plus for up to 5 people. Each person gets their own private account.
- Frame Business: everything in Plus for each person on a team, with one bill and per-person pricing (minimum 3). See Frame Business.
Current prices are on the pricing page.
The Frame agent allowance
Frame Plus includes 300 agent messages a month. Up to 15 of them can be Thorough answers, which use the strongest model, within an included monthly AI allowance. After that, Thorough questions still get an answer from the faster model, and Quick answers aren’t affected. Everything resets on the 1st, and there are no other limits. Frame Household and Frame Business have the same allowance for each person.
Paid plans aren’t open yet
Frame is in private beta. If you try to upgrade before paid plans open, Frame tells you, and nothing is changed or charged.
When paid plans open
- Frame Plus and Frame Household are priced and billed in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
- Change plans any time in Settings → Billing. Upgrades start right away; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
- Cancel in Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then you move to Free.
- Invoices are in Settings → Billing → Invoices and download as PDFs.
- Questions about a charge or a refund? Write through the contact page and include the date and amount so the charge is easy to find.
Household
The owner invites up to four more adults (18 and older) from Settings → Household. By default members share only a summary (their score and counts). Sharing more needs that member’s consent, and they can lower it at any time.
