The authorization letter
What the authorized agent letter lets Frame do, how to sign it, and how to revoke it.
What it’s for
The letter lets Frame send access, deletion and opt-out requests to data brokers and other companies in your name, and handle their replies. It never covers anything that costs you money or waives your rights.
Frame doesn’t send removal requests yet, so nothing goes out today, even with a signed letter. Signing now means it’s ready when sending is switched on.
Sign it
- Open Settings → Legal forms. If it asks, choose Set your region first: the form depends on the privacy law where you live.
- Under Authorized agent letter, choose Review and sign.
- Choose Read the full letter and read it.
- Type your Full legal name, as it appears on official documents, and choose Sign.
Proof of signature
Frame records your typed name, the date and time, the form version, and your IP address and browser as proof of signature. Choose Download PDF to keep a copy with the full text and that record.
Needs a new signature
If the form for your region changes after you sign, the letter shows Needs a new signature. Review and sign the new version.
Revoke it
Choose Revoke. Frame stops sending new requests on your behalf. Requests already sent stay valid. You can sign again any time.
