Broker searches and “Is this you?”

How Frame searches data broker sites for your listings, what “Is this you?” asks, and what happens to the pictures it keeps.

Start a search

  1. Open Removal.
  2. Choose Search brokers now.
  3. Results show up under Broker by broker as each broker answers. The page updates on its own.

Frame runs each broker’s own search from its server, using your name and where you live. It searches each broker at most once a day.

How many brokers

  • Free: the top 25 brokers that cover where you live.
  • Frame Plus: every broker in Frame’s catalog that covers where you live.

“Is this you?”

When a broker shows someone with your name but Frame can’t tell whether it’s you, the listing waits under “Is this you?”. You see a picture of the broker’s page, kept privately for you and deleted once you answer, or after 30 days.

  • Yes, that’s me: the broker is marked as listed, so you can remove it. Frame doesn’t send removal requests yet, so nothing goes to the broker.
  • Not me: nothing is sent and the listing is set aside.

Who can see the pictures

Only you. Pictures of broker pages are private to your account and never shared with anyone, including household members or a team owner.
