Notifications and quiet hours

Choose which events reach you and how, keep alerts private on your lock screen, and set when they wait.

Pick events and channels

In Settings → Notifications, each event has its own row: New breach, New broker listing, Removal finished, Leak test failed, Weekly digest, and Account and access requests. Turn each channel on or off: In-app, Email, Push and SMS. Frame doesn’t send text messages yet, so the SMS column has no effect for now.

Private by default

Lock screens and emails only say “New exposure found. Open Frame to review.” Turn on Show details outside the app if you’d like them to name the breach or site.

Quiet hours

Turn on Quiet hours and email, push and text alerts wait from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM. In-app notifications still appear when you open Frame.

Digest

Prefer fewer emails? Set a Digest frequency to get a summary instead of one email per event.

Browser push

Push needs your browser’s permission. If you blocked it, allow notifications for the Frame site in your browser’s site settings, then turn Push on again.

Unsubscribing

Every alert email has an unsubscribe link. Turning off an event in Settings works the same way.
