Frame agent: chat privacy and memory
Who can read your chats, how long they’re kept, what the agent remembers, and how to delete a chat or wipe its memory.
Who can read your chats
Only you. Household members and team owners never see your chats. Messages are processed by the AI provider named in the privacy policy; it doesn’t store them, and your messages are never used to train AI models.
How long chats are kept
Conversations are kept for 30 days by default. Change it in Settings → Privacy and data → Data retention.
Delete a chat
Open the chat’s menu and choose Delete conversation. It’s gone right away. Start fresh any time with New chat.
What the agent remembers
In Settings → Frame, What I remember lists what the agent has saved about you. Edit or forget any item, turn memory off, or choose Forget everything to wipe it. The agent never saves passwords, codes, keys or ID numbers to its memory.
Tool permissions
Under Tool permissions, turn off any tool you don’t want the agent to use.
